How to Get Here
Port Hardy can be reached via the Island Highway or scheduled air service. If you have the time, the day’s drive from Vancouver, Victoria or Nanaimo to Port Hardy takes you along the coast and through the famous coastal rain forests. Drive all the way to the end of the road, it will take 4.5 hrs on a beautiful road. Now we will pick you up and you are only ten minutes away. Duval Island is the first island on the left .The scenery is beautiful. However, if you are more pressed for time, the flight from Vancouver takes only one hour. Seattle to Port Hardy 10 hours. (Seattle to the ferry terminal at Tsawassen a 3 hour drive, a 2 hour ferry ride, and 5 hour scenic drive from Nanaimo to Port Hardy. Victoria to Port Hardy via Island Highway 7.5 hours. Nanaimo to Port Hardy via Island highway 5 hours. Campbell River to Port Hardy via Island Highway, 2.5 hours.
