Reservations
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 per person is required to confirm your reservation, or $250.00 if bringing your own boat. The balance is due in full by April 1st of the year of your booking. Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival require full payment at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable government taxes.
Please note, due to uncertainties caused by COVID-19 or other unforeseen events, deposits will not be carried over to future seasons. We highly recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to cover any potential disruptions or cancellations.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation policies apply:
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delays & Missed Travel
Duval Point Lodge is not responsible for any delays or missed reservations due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, flight cancellations or delays, ferry or transport disruptions, personal health issues, or other unforeseen events. We encourage guests to account for possible delays when making travel arrangements.

Itinerary
Upon receipt of your deposit, a detailed itinerary will be sent to you, outlining the specifics of your tour and stay at the lodge. Please review all details carefully and notify us if any changes are required.
Liability & Waiver
All guests are required to sign a waiver of liability upon arrival. Duval Point Lodge will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience experienced during your stay or while engaging in activities at the lodge, including but not limited to fishing, boating, or using lodge equipment.
Health & Safety
It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure that they are in good health prior to arrival and capable of participating in the activities offered. Any pre-existing health conditions should be disclosed to the lodge prior to your stay. We recommend that guests carry sufficient medical insurance, including coverage for remote locations.
Alcohol & Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. Duval Point Lodge reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful to others, with no refund of fees. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol, but consumption should be moderate and responsible.
Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to lodge property during their stay, whether intentional or accidental. Charges for damages will be applied to the guest’s account at the time of check-out.
Fishing Licenses & Regulations
Guests are responsible for obtaining and possessing valid fishing licenses for the duration of their stay. Duval Point Lodge adheres strictly to all local and federal fishing regulations. Guests must comply with these regulations at all times while fishing.
By making a reservation with Duval Point Lodge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
